Outside of his professional work, Norman is a 7th-degree black belt in traditional Okinawan karate, a lifelong practice reflecting his commitment to consistency, resilience, and continuous improvement. He has been married for 29 years to his wife, Jenny, and is a proud father of two. These relationships shape his belief that the best partnerships, both in life and in investing, are built on trust, alignment, and a long-term view.
Brian has been developing his real estate portfolio for the past 6 years and has acquired multifamily assets in 3 states. He works full time as a Physician Associate practicing Emergency Medicine and functions as the Assistant Medical Director of his department. Brian is also a Lieutenant Colonel in the Air National Guard and has served for 24 years with multiple deployments and received several decorations. He is the proud father of 6 children and is active in his community and church, currently serving as the Bishop for his local congregation. Presently he resides in Oakland Maine.
Tim is an Associate Broker with Realty of Maine, specializing in tenant and landlord representation, adaptive reuse, and multi-family real estate. He has served as a combat medic in the Maine Army National Guard for 20 years, including a deployment to Iraq in 2008. With more than 15 years of experience across commercial, multifamily, and short-term rental investments, Tim brings a well-rounded and results-driven approach to real estate.
Kaitlyn graduated from Northeastern University in 2025 with a degree in Psychology. Her strong organizational skills and business insight support the ongoing operations and growth at JKL Capital. Alongside her role here, Kaitlyn owns and operates an online climbing coaching business, providing tailored training programs for athletes of all levels. She is also a professional speed climber on the U.S. National Team, competing at the highest level both nationally and internationally.
